What We Stand For
At PhyleTec, we have a three core guiding principles:
- We believe that it is our customers that drive everything we do.
- If we take care of them first, there will be no need to worry about our future.
- We'll do what we can, as soon as we can, to keep our customers happy.
We must be what Peter Senge calls a "learning organization." This means each person on
our team is expected to continue their education on an ongoing basis. As an organization, we never
accept the current process as the "best" way to do things. There is always a better way and we must
continue to change in order to find it.
Our integrity defines us as individuals and as a company. If we do what we say we will do and
are honest when things don’t go as planned, we will build trust with our coworkers, customers and
suppliers. Our reputation is built on trust, so we are fanatical about maintaining it with everyone
we serve.
